This policy explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you visit New Comics Weekly (newcomicsweekly.com), a fan site run by Black Dog Media. The short version: we don't have accounts, we don't run ads or analytics trackers, and we don't sell your data.
Information we collect
We don't ask you for any personal information. There are no user accounts, no comments and no sign-up forms that collect data. We don't sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
Amazon Associates and affiliate links
New Comics Weekly is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
When you click a link to Amazon, you leave our site. Amazon may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser so it can tell that you came from our site and credit us for qualifying purchases. That data is collected by Amazon, not by us, and is covered by Amazon's Privacy Notice. We only receive aggregated reports (such as how many items were ordered); we don't see who bought what.

Hosting by Cloudflare
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This information may be kept in Cloudflare's logs for security and performance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We don't use Cloudflare Web Analytics or any other analytics service on this site.
YouTube videos (Shorts)
Our Shorts section embeds videos from YouTube using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play an embedded video, YouTube (Google) may set cookies or store data in your browser and collect information about your viewing, under Google's Privacy Policy. Links to our YouTube channel take you to youtube.com, where Google's policies apply.
Other content we load
Fonts and cover images are served from this site. If a cover image can't load, your browser may fetch it from Marvel's image server (cdn.marvel.com) instead, which means Marvel receives a standard web request from your browser.
Cookies and browser storage
New Comics Weekly doesn't set its own tracking cookies. Third parties described above (Amazon, YouTube, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies when you interact with their content or links. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Newsletter
The newsletter isn't active yet, and we don't collect email addresses. If we launch one, we'll update this policy first to explain what we collect and how to unsubscribe.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
